Lori Theodore is the head of talent acquisition at Dow Jones. She has more than 20 years of experience managing both executive search and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, Ms. Theodore served as the director and head of talent acquisition at Disney General Entertainment, where she led the team in hiring professional and executive talent for ABC News, ABC Entertainment, Freeform and National Geographic Partners.
Prior to Disney, Lori spent 15 years at ML Search Partners (MLS) as the executive director for recruiting, focusing on executive search in the media/entertainment space.
